About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage enterprise-level projects for a large automotive brand
  • Act as liaison between ITG and the client
  • Capture client requirements, manage budgets and facilitate project delivery
  • Represent the client within the agency by understanding their business and challenges
  • Manage and technically deliver multiple cross-channel strategic projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders
  • Ensure client requirements, objectives and expectations are met
  • Provide management and leadership to multiple client contacts and projects
  • Feed initial client requirements into delivery teams for estimation
  • Work with technical leads and specialists as required
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to agreed expectations
  • Raise risks and implications during regular cadence meetings
  • Maintain alignment with internal delivery teams and report on sprint delivery and progress
  • Advise clients on technical solutions and third-party integrations
  • Challenge internal teams to meet client expectations and objectives
  • Help remove project blockers involving client departments or third parties
  • Escalate project issues to the Account Director and Business Unit Director
  • Produce project reporting, written documentation, client presentations and status reports
  • Create statements of work from development estimates and manage approval processes
  • Support identification of new business opportunities across retained and non-retained work
  • Help drive client strategy and advise on technologies supporting business objectives
  • Report to an Account Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience working as a Digital Account Manager within a marketing agency, client-side marketing department, or IT/software provider
  • Experience managing web projects, ideally within an Agile environment
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong written, verbal and numerical skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced digital agency environment
  • Ability to work as a high-performing team player, self-starter and confident decision-maker
  • Experience maximising revenue and account profitability
  • Proven ability to produce reports, project plans, objectives and KPIs for clients and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to brief work effectively to delivery and development teams
  • Confidence speaking about digital technologies and digital marketing techniques
  • Strong interest in and understanding of web and digital technologies
  • Ability to work with autonomy while following thorough processes
  • Ability to build relationships across teams, personalities and backgrounds
  • Commitment to teamwork, listening, learning and knowledge sharing
  • Interest in change management, continuous improvement and Agile ways of working
  • Passion and determination to work to an exceptionally high standard
