Key responsibilities & impact

Review current HubSpot configuration, usage, and integrations and identify misalignment with business needs
Capture stakeholder requirements and agree the target way of working in HubSpot
Build and deliver a prioritised realignment plan in manageable phases with minimal disruption
Redesign and simplify HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, deal stages, and ticket stages
Rationalise and rebuild workflows, automations, and sequences
Review user roles, teams, and permissions in line with ITG policy
Administer, configure, and maintain HubSpot day to day
Manage integrations between HubSpot and business systems, including finance and ERP platforms
Collaborate with HubSpot, vendors, and IT to resolve issues and optimise platform functionality
Manage controlled changes, including testing, sign-off, and release communications
Act as the HubSpot SME for the FS&BI team
Audit, clean, migrate, and reformat CRM data
Define and document data standards, naming conventions, and ownership
Establish ongoing data-quality checks
Rebuild dashboards and reports and align them with agreed definitions
Support consistent reporting between HubSpot and group finance and BI reporting
Manage reporting requests and provide ad hoc reporting and insight
Support HubSpot users, coordinate escalations, and develop user guides, training materials, and workshops
Gather user feedback and adjust the project plan
Document configuration, processes, data flows, and integrations
Maintain a change log and prepare a complete handover
Ensure HubSpot complies with internal policies, data protection requirements, and ITG’s group AI policy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven hands-on experience administering and configuring HubSpot (CRM, with Sales and/or Service Hub)
Experience reviewing and restructuring a CRM to fit changing business processes
Strong understanding of CRM data structures, properties, pipelines, and workflow automation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with ability to deliver to a fixed timeline
High attention to detail and a methodical approach
Ability to explain technical changes in plain English to non-technical users
HubSpot certifications desirable
Experience with HubSpot integrations with finance or ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct, desirable
Experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards, Excel, and Power BI desirable
Experience with system integrations and process automation desirable
Experience of data migration and data cleansing projects desirable
