About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and manage stock orders efficiently
- Execute manual uploads to system databases
- Coordinate stock destructions in line with operational requirements
- Manage the store module while collaborating with store concept development, store implementation, physical estate management, and store management teams
- Manage reprint requests and coordinate distribution
- Oversee POS query resolution
- Provide operational support for POS materials
- Handle allocation updates across locations
- Maintain and manage artwork databases
- Coordinate artwork retrieval requests
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and version control
- Fulfil ad-hoc merchandise requests
- Manage team overspill work outside standard business-as-usual operations
- Respond to Media Centre queries
- Administer store access management systems
- Manage and oversee POS project workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong understanding of ITG Systems (Storyteq/media centre)
- Experience in stock management or supply chain operations
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with database and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation
