About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned briefs from initial briefing through final in-store delivery
  • Establish Critical Path Agreements and communicate timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Lead progress meetings with clients, artworkers, and production partners; proactively escalate risks and challenges
  • Manage the POS Hub and client collaboration platforms
  • Interrogate briefs to clarify requirements, specifications, and regulatory considerations before production
  • Manage the complete POS production lifecycle, including design handoff, print specification, approvals, print production, and in-store delivery coordination
  • Coordinate with printers and suppliers on quotes, timelines, and quality standards
  • Log briefs and deliverables in Monday, Storyteq, and Media Centre
  • Document and track client approvals and sign-off records
  • Monitor project health, delays, resource constraints, and quality concerns
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers; provide feedback, development opportunities, and performance expectations
  • Coordinate with creative studios, production teams, and design partners
  • Manage direct reports' leave, sick cover, and workload balancing
  • Support process improvement and adoption of improved PM practices
  • Maintain WIP tracking and data capture for reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Submit project costs and PAYG spend updates; provide budget forecasting
  • Monitor workstream financials and flag budget overruns or variances

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years' experience in POS and in-store communications production, including end-to-end campaign and print management
  • Agency background (advertising, marketing, or retail-focused creative agency preferred)
  • Proven expertise in print production, supplier management, and retail compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated line management experience and ability to develop and mentor teams
  • Strong project management and planning skills; proficiency with workflow and task management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing interactions
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality, accuracy, and brand/regulatory compliance
  • Advanced Excel and Google Drive skills; comfort with data analysis and reporting
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent briefing, commissioning, proofreading, and editing skills; commitment to best-practice processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build collaborative relationships across creative, operational, and client teams
