About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the operator relationship end-to-end and serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders
  • Drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, and secure renewals across a complex book of business
  • Lead executive business reviews with data-driven storytelling
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them
  • Provide solutions and remain accountable for outcomes
  • Present to CEOs and troubleshoot utilization issues with community DONs
  • Create account plans and track progress against joint impact plans
  • Mentor CSMs and CSDs and share effective frameworks
  • Represent customer needs internally with Sales, Product, and the CCOE
  • Surface themes, flag risks, and coordinate resources for customer accounts
  • Travel approximately 30% for on-site visits, EBRs, and key client moments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where the playbook was still being written
  • Understanding of revenue, renewal, and expansion
  • Ability to operate at strategic/executive and operational-detail levels
  • Proactive, resourceful, solutions-oriented approach
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with structure and follow-through
  • Confidence leading executive business reviews and translating data into meaningful insights
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise client-facing roles in a SaaS or healthtech environment
  • Clinical credential or meaningful clinical experience is preferred, not required
  • Senior living or post-acute experience is a differentiator
  • Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and clinical teams
