About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple product implementations across the country, focusing on strategic accounts
Ensure smooth installation and use of products within customer facilities
Drive hardware and software delivery, project milestones, training, and transition to a clinical success manager
Develop and implement project plans meeting schedule, cost, customer satisfaction, and KPI targets
Partner with operations, product support, and contractors
Own the project lifecycle from sales handoff and scoping through implementation, training, and post-implementation support
Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders as the primary implementation contact
Lead implementations for strategic accounts
Partner with Go-to-Market and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Improve end-to-end implementation processes using lean tools such as value-stream mapping

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementations, project management, or professional services, including strategic or enterprise accounts
Experience managing implementation of hardware and software solutions, ideally within the health-tech or high-tech sector
Excellent project management skills and track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
PMP certification strongly preferred
Know-how of lean tools/methodologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 80%, on short notice, and as needed for customer engagements
