About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the technical value proposition in complex commercial deal cycles
- Align integration roadmaps with business objectives
- Remove technical barriers and accelerate merchant launches
- Own onboarding and API integrations for new global merchants
- Partner with Commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines
- Collaborate with Tech, Product and Operations on complex integrations
- Resolve technical challenges and ensure effective solutions
- Monitor integration performance and analyze relevant data
- Identify improvement opportunities and strengthen global integration processes
- Act as a trusted partner to global merchants
- Build relationships and support merchant needs beyond initial launch
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and manage the integration journey from discussions through launch and optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience within e-commerce or logistics, preferably in implementation, Technical Account Management or Commercial Excellence
- Solid understanding of API integrations
- Hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools is a plus
- Experience working with global merchants and/or cross-border commercial setups
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives forward in a cross-functional environment
- Commercial mindset and ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Mandatory background check via Svensk Bakgrundsanalys for recruitment processes in Sweden
