About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and design first- and middle-mile transport networks
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and cost performance
- Work with local Market teams across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the Netherlands
- Evaluate current operational performance and drive improvements across markets
- Develop and maintain the first- and middle-mile operations data landscape
- Integrate data from different tools and systems to create insights
- Monitor operational performance and ensure reliable transport operations
- Collaborate with Tech, Commercial and Integration stakeholders on operational tools and solutions
- Build dashboards and analytical tools for data-driven decision-making
- Enable best-practice sharing across markets
- Report to and work within the First and Middle Mile team under the First and Middle Mile Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to break down complex challenges and strategic goals into actionable improvements
- Structured and data-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on potential impact
- Interest in data analysis
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
- Ability to evaluate complex, interconnected systems and identify optimization opportunities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in logistics, transport and operational development
- Successful completion of a mandatory background check for recruitment processes in Sweden
