Ensure compliance with budgetary, accounting, and legal management rules, as well as execution of the School’s budget
Define and communicate management rules to all relevant stakeholders
Manage the assigned team and oversee the Division

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of significant experience in a similar institution, research center, or scientific organization
Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
Strong knowledge of public-sector accounting (GBCP)
Strong knowledge of public procurement rules
Expertise in management control and performance analysis
Familiarity with SIREPA/PEP tools is a plus
Knowledge of quality management processes and internal controls is a plus
Experience negotiating within a highly regulated environment is a plus
Experience drafting public procurement contracts or preparing applications for public funding (PIA, recovery plans, etc.) is a plus
Strong communication skills, proactive approach, analytical mindset, and rigor
