About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on R&D projects focused on thermal/infrared perception;
- Develop and enhance computer vision algorithms for RGB, thermal, FIR/LWIR images and other sensors;
- Conduct experiments, error analysis, and model performance evaluations;
- Support the definition of datasets, annotation strategies, preprocessing, and data augmentation;
- Integrate computer vision models with embedded applications and platforms;
- Support the technical architecture, documentation, and validation of solutions with the team and the client.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong experience with Computer Vision and Deep Learning;
- Experience with Python, OpenCV, and PyTorch/TensorFlow;
- Knowledge of detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking;
- Knowledge of metrics such as mAP, IoU, Precision, Recall, and F1 Score;
- Experience with image and video processing;
- Advanced English proficiency.
