Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain interface components in Next.js (TypeScript) and backend routes/endpoints in Python (FastAPI)
Work on the integration between the frontend and backend services
Assist with integrating the application into authentication and access control flows
Build and maintain reusable, responsive interface components
Write automated unit tests to verify frontend and backend functionality
Collaborate directly with mid-level developers and the product team to propose simple, direct, and effective solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
Experience in web development: frontend and backend
Knowledge of React and Next.js using TypeScript
Solid foundations in HTML5 and modern CSS3
Knowledge of Python and REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Hands-on experience consuming and building basic RESTful APIs
Basic knowledge of Docker
Fluent use of Git, including branches, pull requests, and version control
Basic understanding and initial hands-on experience writing automated unit tests with Jest, React Testing Library, or Pytest
Preferred: Familiarity with web authentication and authorization using Keycloak, OpenID Connect, or JWT
Preferred: Basic knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, or AWS
Preferred: Interest in or experience with data projects, chart/dashboard visualization, or integration with AI engines
