About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support IT department budget control by tracking expenses, cost centers, and budget forecasts
Manage IT vendor contracts, monitoring expiration dates, adjustments, renewals, and contract amendments
Track the receipt, verification, allocation, and posting of IT-related invoices
Support the management of the department’s administrative assets, keeping contract, license, and documentation records up to date
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining IT Governance policies, standards, procedures, and documentation
Support the monitoring of IT department KPIs and management reports
Assist with internal and external audits related to IT processes, supporting evidence collection and the implementation of recommendations
Support continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes, promoting standardization and compliance with industry best practices
Provide support to internal departments and vendors on administrative matters related to IT Governance
Assist in monitoring compliance with the frameworks and standards adopted by the organization, such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and corporate policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Budget Management
Contract Management
KPI and Dashboard Management
ITSM tools (ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira, etc.)
