About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and perform support services for customers and internal and external users
- Create and configure users and access groups
- Handle incidents and problems involving network and server infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory (AD) tools
- Assemble and maintain computers
- Assemble, configure, and perform basic maintenance on printers
- Provide guidance on the use of the company’s systems and service infrastructure
- Ensure the proper application of equipment manufacturers’ service procedures
- Keep departmental records up to date and organized, including regulatory documents, service orders, delivery records, and invoices
- Comply with internal guidelines, operating procedures, quality standards, service execution requirements, and other role-related rules
- Manage the replenishment and distribution of departmental materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Knowledge of the Microsoft platform, with experience in Windows, MS Office, and Outlook
- Knowledge of remote access software: VNC, Automatos, and TeamViewer
- Knowledge of printer and scanner configuration
