About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build an automated AI software development lifecycle review pipeline covering triage, security, quality, and architecture passes
- Integrate Slack for review triage
- Build and maintain deployment gates that block critical vulnerabilities across all deployment surfaces
- Extend the shared engineering data layer for ownership, security, and quality queries across repositories
- Instrument the pipeline and measure review turnaround, gate coverage, false-positive rates, and cost per run
- Build logging and audit infrastructure for AI-assisted and AI-delegated work
- Partner with security, quality engineering, and platform teams to drive gate adoption
- Write documentation and runbooks enabling team self-service
- Address false positives and noise as product defects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five or more years building and operating CI/CD systems, developer tooling, or platform infrastructure
- Hands-on depth in at least two of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable pipeline systems
- Solid Git and GitHub API experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, or Ruby
- Practical experience wiring security scanning into a pipeline
- Comfort pulling from multiple data sources, modeling data, and making it queryable
- Production experience building with large language models, including agents or automated workflows, prompt design, tool use, and evaluating output quality
- Track record of shipping tooling adopted by other engineers
- Must pass a background check
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Ability to work onsite at least two days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday, at 1112 Budapest, Balatoni út 2A
- Appropriate citizenship or work authorization to work in Hungary
