About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Insurity Partner Program and assigned Partners
  • Oversee Partner onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned Partners
  • Manage inbound Partner requests from initial engagement through exit
  • Perform due diligence on new Partner signup requests and present the Program
  • Support joint GTM business plans and execute tactical initiatives
  • Communicate resources, training, product materials, marketing assets, Portal guidance, and QBR/EBR coordination
  • Support Partner renewals and structured Partner exit processes
  • Manage Partner communications, newsletters, event invitations, sponsorships, and Partner Day attendance
  • Create Partner and contact records in SFDC PRM and ensure systems, environments, and tools are in place
  • Maintain lead forecasting, deal registration, opportunity tagging, and SFDC CRM/PRM updates
  • Manage Partner sales pipeline processes and overlap checks
  • Process Partner legal agreements with internal stakeholders
  • Own Partner Sales Assist Fee/referral fee calculations and payment tracking with Finance
  • Coordinate joint Partner marketing and sales activities, campaigns, events, Campaign-in-a-Box, and Deal-in-a-Box initiatives
  • Monitor and report Partner performance, including annual tiering reviews
  • Manage PRM Partner Portal operational support
  • Create and maintain Partner agreements, Program guidelines, GTM sales kits, and enablement assets
  • Analyze operational and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement automation and agentic AI-driven process improvements
  • Help design and launch an Operations AI Fleet of agents to automate Partner tasks
  • Drive continuous improvements in Partner experience and Program operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of relevant business experience in enterprise SaaS Partner Success Management or a closely related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • Strong understanding of the Insurity Partner Program, Partner lifecycle management, and Partner-led GTM motions
  • Working knowledge of Insurity products, SaaS / BaaS positioning, and how Partners generate qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Familiarity with Partner scorecards, tiering models, incentive programs, and co-sell / referral processes
  • Working knowledge of enterprise software operations; insurance / P&C market familiarity preferred
  • Advanced ability in documentation and communications, analytical and critical thinking, written and oral English communication, time management, prioritization, organization, project management, process analysis, data analysis, business acumen, SaaS systems and workflows, change management, coaching, training, Partner enablement, meeting facilitation, and professional presentation
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of SFDC CRM and SFDC PRM
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of PRM Partner Portal administration and support workflows
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of lead registration, opportunity management, and pipeline hygiene processes
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of workflow, ticketing, project management, reporting, spreadsheet, dashboard, document, knowledge-management, enablement repository, automation, and agentic AI tools
  • Travel required 0–20%
  • Written and oral English communication
