About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of customers across onboarding, active use, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build trust with customers and provide hands-on strategic guidance.
  • Drive the Data Integrity and agentic-CRM agenda within the customer portfolio.
  • Expand customer understanding of Insycle as the governed data layer behind CRM and AI initiatives.
  • Re-sell Insycle to new stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Drive adoption from one-off cleanup to use of Insycle as the core governed data layer.
  • Drive new use cases across additional workflows, teams, and data objects.
  • Review customer workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and better ways to structure data processes.
  • Validate complex customer setups and flag potential issues proactively.
  • Share patterns and best practices across similar customers.
  • Help customers understand effective practices at their scale.
  • Help customers communicate impact and return on investment internally.
  • Provide summaries for renewals and budget justification.
  • Engage customers at key moments including new use cases, scaling usage, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, product updates, usage drops, and issues.
  • Pursue at-risk and non-renewing accounts through targeted outreach and re-engagement offers.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address gaps and align with broader company initiatives.
  • Address competitive objections with technical explanations and product differentiation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, onboarding, solutions consulting, or a similar technical, customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Clear communication across chat, email, and Zoom with video on.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple, friendly guidance.
  • Highly technical, with the ability to learn quickly and become a product expert.
  • Comfortable with CRMs and data workflows, especially HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Experience partnering with RevOps or data teams as a hands-on strategic advisor.
  • Self-starter with a bias to action and ownership mindset.
  • Process improvement and scalable problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to ask effective questions, form hypotheses, test quickly, and measure impact.
  • Comfortable communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, positive, energetic, and helpful approach.
  • Must be based in the U.S.; Eastern or Central time zones preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers using Loom and Zoom.
