About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and document functional requirements and business rules
  • Prepare functional specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Map and specify integrations via APIs, endpoints, and webhooks with originators, custodians, and other partners
  • Analyze and validate data in SQL Server databases
  • Support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Track deliverables through to production deployment
  • Investigate inconsistencies and propose improvements to workflows and processes
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams and the development team
  • Learn and develop expertise in the FIDC product, including its rules, structures, and operational workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ensino superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou cursos correlatos
  • Experiência em levantamento e documentação de requisitos, regras de negócio e especificações funcionais
  • Conhecimento em APIs REST: endpoints, métodos HTTP, autenticação, payloads JSON e códigos de retorno
  • Conhecimento em webhooks e integrações orientadas a eventos: callbacks, retentativas e idempotência
  • Conhecimento de SQL para consultas, análise e validação de dados
  • Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos para a execução do time de desenvolvimento
  • Perfil proativo, curioso, cooperativo, analítico e atento a detalhes
