About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with clients and Customer Success Managers to understand business, reporting, and technical requirements
Translate requirements into clear, actionable specifications
Bridge communication between clients, Customer Success, and internal engineering teams
Build custom reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, and platform-based solutions
Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries against complex relational data models
Use Python and Spark for data transformation, reporting, and specialized technical solutions
Configure platform features, workflows, integrations, and reporting components
Analyze source data and configurations to determine scalable implementation approaches
Assess technical feasibility, dependencies, and implementation approaches with stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Engineering and Design to investigate limitations, troubleshoot issues, document requirements, and validate fixes
Test and quality-check reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, and configurations
Create technical documentation, solution notes, data-lineage documentation, and reusable implementation patterns
Manage and prioritize multiple solution requests, communicate progress and risks, and follow issues through resolution
Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations, business objectives, and technical requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–5 years of relevant experience
Engineering graduates only
Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing queries against complex relational data models
Good knowledge of Python and Spark
Ability to understand technical documentation, data-lineage diagrams, ERDs, and business-process flows
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
Comfortable interacting directly with clients and discussing technical solutions
Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize competing tasks, and own issues through resolution
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with distributed teams
Comfortable working the US shift, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Immediate joiners to 30 days’ notice period
Preferred: experience with GitHub or Bitbucket; GCP, BigQuery, or Snowflake; marketing technology platforms and integrations; B2B marketing, marketing operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence; Power BI, Looker, or Tableau; SaaS platforms, data integrations, reporting solutions, or technical support
