About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead deployment and adoption of the CCaR® System across Department of the Army PAE and CPE organizations
- Serve as the single accountable manager for Task Order performance across cost, schedule, and performance baselines
- Establish project governance, reporting cadences, and performance management processes
- Deliver Monthly Status Reports covering activities, personnel, milestones, CLIN projections, labor hours, funding notices, and risks
- Convene recurring customer-focused meetings with Government leadership
- Maintain visibility into cost, schedule, performance, and risk
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation and corrective actions
- Present program status, performance metrics, and decision options to customers
- Serve as primary contractor interface with the AAS COR and ASA-ALT TPOC
- Demonstrate CCaR® capabilities and support user onboarding and adoption
- Direct cross-functional contractor teams across multiple locations and work arrangements
- Oversee staffing plans, schedules, deployment, configuration, process mapping, data integration, and training
- Ensure successful onboarding across Army PAE organizations
- Advise leadership on policy updates, governance structures, and implementation memos
- Support alignment with DoW and Army financial management policies
- Drive standardization of budget and execution data, reporting, and analysis
- Support executive budget and execution reviews and budget drills
- Capture user feedback and operational insights
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field insights into product capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of ten (10) years of Department of the Army (DoA) program management experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience managing programs or supporting DoW financial within the last seven (7) years
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, economics, or another related discipline
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or equivalent project/program management certification from a recognized credentialing organization
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a Government contracting environment with COR/TPOC accountability
- Comprehensive knowledge of DoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
- Hands-on experience with defense business and accounting systems, including GFEBS or comparable systems
- Strong understanding of QASP compliance, QM scoring, and performance-based contracting standards
- Proven record of leading customer programs for complex, mission-critical software solutions within defense, federal, or enterprise environments
- Must be a U.S. citizen; H1-B visas and other visas are not sponsored
- Must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials
- Ability to support onsite requirements at government or customer locations as needed
- Ability to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods
- Ability to work and type on a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift/carry at least 15 lbs
