About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the platform feature-level backlog, including ordering and readiness of incoming work
- Translate platform demand into clear, actionable backlog items aligned with platform priorities and constraints
- Own the platform’s day-to-day stakeholder interface toward Stream Leads and Epic Owners
- Represent the platform team in operational coordination
- Align scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery implications
- Coordinate dependencies, delivery risks, release readiness, changes, releases, and handovers
- Support adoption of platform services, including clarity of offering and usage expectations
- Maintain current, usable platform service documentation standards
- Coordinate and represent the platform team without taking technical, strategic, or people decisions assigned to other accountable roles
- Align scope, deadlines, and solutions with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior experience in backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder management with Stream Leads and Epic Owners
- Ability to translate demand into feature-level backlog items
- Experience coordinating dependencies, delivery risks, releases, and handovers
- Sufficient technical understanding to discuss and represent simpler platform topics
- Experience from data/platform environments and Agile/DevOps delivery is valued
- English required
- Czech is an advantage but not a limitation
- Start preferably within 1–3 months
- Dedicated availability for the role
- Must respect role boundaries and not take technical, strategic, or people decisions belonging to the Tech Lead, Head of Platform, or other accountable roles
