About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process commission statements fully and accurately within two business days of the Matched/Reconciled date
  • Submit batch exceptions in a timely manner
  • Recalculate batches daily until all exceptions are cleared
  • Update all applicable systems
  • Follow departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Respond to commission tickets within eight business hours of receipt
  • Resolve commission tickets within four business days of receipt
  • Maintain an audit rate of less than 3% error rate
  • Notify management of company pay rate issues, statement issues, and other items that may impact statement payout timing
  • Process payments to external agents and agencies as part of the Commissions Department
