About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and service an existing portfolio of P&C clients
- Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Address and resolve client questions, concerns, and service issues
- Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with Sales Agents to transition new business smoothly
- Manage an assigned book of business, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure clients are properly insured
- Identify opportunities for account growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Texas General Property & Casualty License required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in agency management systems (Applied Epic, PL Rater preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
