About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the regional marketing plan within an assigned territory
- Act as the primary marketing lead and contact for regional sales and leadership teams
- Identify regional market opportunities, trends and growth initiatives
- Ensure marketing activities support pipeline and revenue targets
- Manage regional marketing budgets and investment priorities
- Develop integrated campaign plans, briefs and requirements
- Coordinate campaign execution across content, digital, design, communications and events functions
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities
- Partner with Regional Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Practice Leaders
- Translate business priorities into marketing activity and align local needs with global marketing strategy
- Present marketing plans, results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Plan and deliver regional events, executive roundtables, webinars and industry conferences
- Coordinate speakers, venues, partners and attendee engagement activities
- Track event budgets and ROI, and develop post-event follow-up and lead nurture activities
- Develop joint marketing plans with strategic technology partners
- Manage MDF opportunities and reporting requirements
- Support regional lead generation programmes and effective lead management, tracking and reporting
- Brief, coordinate and prioritise specialist content, communications, digital marketing and design resources
