  • Lead efforts to ensure seamless product delivery to Intel's customers through agile planning and strategic collaboration
  • Analyze forecasts and optimize delivery schedules
  • Collaborate across teams to fulfill customer orders reliably and efficiently
  • Collaborate with customers to understand demand signals and forecast accuracy, translating these into actionable delivery plans
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cycle times, reduce risks, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights to senior leadership on supply chain performance, inventory health, and delivery risks
  • Partner with internal business units, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to align on shared goals and respond rapidly to market changes
  • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing global planning team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven expertise in supply chain operations, planning, and strategy development in global environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive business performance management
  • Proficiency in supply chain tools and data analytics to optimize planning processes
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience inspiring and empowering global teams
  • Strong problem-solving ability and strategic mindset to navigate ambiguity and drive results
  • Experience influencing senior leadership decisions and managing complex operational challenges
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning with a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years with a Master's degree, or 6+ years with a PhD
  • Must consent to and pass an extended Background Investigation, including extended education, SEC sanctions, and additional criminal and civil checks
