About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect and analyze information from system users to define system scope and objectives aligned with business outcomes
Document business processes and gain alignment across business groups
Work with business stakeholders to develop and deliver training and maintain application documentation
Develop use cases, business scenarios, and demos
Plan and coordinate testing
Provide end-user support
Create and maintain dashboards and reports
Support Intel's supply chain transformation and Equipment Configuration Management capabilities in Windchill
Integrate equipment configuration and bill-of-material data with planning, master data, and enterprise systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience with Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA, and PTC's product suite
Experience with data and system management, including data imports/exports, in-app business support via validations, and problem analysis of data and configurations
Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements, status updates, and enhancements
Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies
Experience with Jira or ServiceNow
Experience developing and delivering end-user training
SIT and UAT testing experience, deployment, and go-live support
Experience working remotely
Preferred: Customization of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, InfoTasks, Webjects, OIRs, actions/action-models, and understanding of BOM structures
Preferred: Experience using ProjectLink
Preferred: PTC Windchill Business Administration certification
Preferred: SCRUM certification
