About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business and market needs
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and launches

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, including planning, development, and launch processes
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product strategies
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Package Architecture and Design experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Experience managing relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, or Science
- Experience in product management, semiconductor technology, or a related domain
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience OR a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience OR a PhD with 6+ years of experience
- Consent to and passing of an extended Background Investigation for this Position of Trust
