About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large-scale technology projects and programs aligned with business objectives, timelines, and resource allocations
- Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Manage implementation processes including testing, documentation, training, and change control
- Collaborate across teams to assess dependencies, remove roadblocks, and address delivery constraints
- Establish and drive program governance, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting
- Monitor program health metrics for quality, timeliness, and adherence to project goals
- Conduct project closeout assessments and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Drive complex, high-impact projects supporting Intel's technology solutions and services
- Coordinate teams to enable Intel's strategic objectives and enterprise-wide innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 15+ years of relevant experience in IT
- 5+ years of experience with large transformation program delivery
- 5+ years of experience managing complex programs with multiple interdependencies and global scope
- Must consent to and pass an extended Background Investigation, including extended education, SEC sanctions, and additional criminal and civil checks
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience implementing governance structures
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience identifying program risks and developing mitigation plans
- Experience within large-scale IT or technology organizations
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes in service reliability, cost optimization, or operational efficiency
- Financial acumen, including developing business cases and managing ROI-driven initiatives
- Experience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment in matrixed environments
- Expertise in modern program management practices and data-driven execution tracking
