About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support logistics operations activities in the Design Centers and other business units in the Israel logistics organization
Manage, monitor and optimize storage, transportation and shipping processes
Work with external freight forwarders, logistics service providers and third-party vendors
Track and manage SLA performance, delivery times, exceptions and returns
Develop and maintain operational KPI reports
Build and implement automation workflows using Smartsheet, Make, Zapier and Power Automate
Write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries
Integrate ERP, WMS and CRM systems
Design and deploy AI agents/bots for operational logistics processes
Drive performance improvements, cost reduction and operational transparency through data and automation
Analyze process performance data to identify quality and efficiency improvements
Conduct quality assessments and benchmarking of supplier performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics, inventory and procurement strategies
Support supplier development, stakeholder management and engagement activities
Assist with continuous process improvement projects focused on reliability, cost-efficiency and sustainability
Create technical documentation and data visualizations
Conduct market intelligence and industry analysis for strategic planning
Apply lean management principles to improve supply chain processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 4 semesters remaining period of study
Availability for at least 2.5-3 days in a week
Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Basic experience and good orientation with Smartsheet and workflow automation tools
Basic experience and good orientation in building AI Bots or AI Agents
Ability to work independently and take tasks through to completion
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Basic Python knowledge preferred
Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
Familiarity with ERP, WMS or TMS systems preferred
Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency preferred
