About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution of LRP and financial planning processes by maintaining high-quality data inputs, supporting templates, and ensuring core models are accurate, reliable, and decision-ready
- Perform data validations and reconciliations to strengthen planning assumptions and support timely reviews
- Build and enhance control checks to improve data integrity and LRP and NPV workflow efficiency
- Analyze disconnects across source data, assumptions, and model outputs, and help drive issue resolution
- Develop reports, trackers, and performance metrics to monitor milestones and key business drivers
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs, close gaps, and deliver aligned outputs
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement by standardizing repeatable work, streamlining reporting, and using tools such as Power BI and Power Query
- Engage with senior leadership and subject matter experts to support Foundry's five-year PNL forecast, NPV valuation, BOD commitments, and profitability initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or related areas, including skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial tools and data analysis methods
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, and risk assessment
- Experience with data validation, reporting, process support, or planning tools is valued
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or automation solutions is a strong plus
- Internship or co-op experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related fields preferred
- Exposure to forecasting, reporting, month-end close, or financial planning processes preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest or experience in capital projects, supply chain, or manufacturing finance
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt
