About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for database systems and data loader processes
  • Ensure smooth data operations in an automated manufacturing environment
  • Resolve technical issues involving databases and data integration
  • Support end-users with database and data integration challenges
  • Work as part of the Database, Data Analytics and Process Control (AO DAP) L2 team
  • Work Shift 5, 12-hour days: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related STEM fields
  • 6+ months of experience with scripting and related activities (SQL, Python, or PowerShell, etc.)
  • 6+ months of experience in current IT technologies (Windows Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, iCloud, or VMWare, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience with relational database technologies and database engineering or database administration support
  • 1+ years of experience with automated monitoring and alerting systems
  • Highly flexible, results-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project management, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a 24x7 support environment
  • Previous support or operations experience
