About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support factories and warehouses with Mark, Pack, and Labeling requirements, including on-call support, data management, and quality activities
- Design business process flows with stakeholders, including process diagrams, flowcharts, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Participate in end-to-end business process testing and validation of complex implementations
- Participate in training, business process change management, reporting, and analytics
- Work with subject matter experts, vendors, and partner organizations to deliver project milestones
- Gather requirements, map business processes, test, document, and train within complex technology and business solution programs
- Use requirements definition and learnings to represent and recommend on behalf of subject matter experts
- Follow and drive adherence to specifications and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, information systems, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience working in supply chain, business information systems, Program Management, IT, and Logistics fields
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional analytics skills
- Understanding of supply chain processes and tools
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow and drive adherence to specifications and procedures
- Ability to work independently and tolerate ambiguity
