About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and drive co-marketing initiatives with Microsoft aligned with Intel's brand strategies
- Evaluate market trends and competitive programs
- Manage multi-region and global campaigns
- Guide partners in effectively utilizing Market Development Funds (MDF)
- Develop metrics to analyze marketing spend and return on investment
- Collaborate with Global Field Sales, Business Groups, global and regional marketing, and sales teams
- Build relationships with Microsoft marketing and sales organizations
- Drive integrated 4P go-to-market strategies supporting account-team revenue goals
- Align Intel and Microsoft sales and marketing teams on investment and execution
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies across the investment portfolio
- Lead marketers developing co-branded campaigns, product messaging integration, and competitive content
- Direct co-marketing programs jointly with partners and Intel's Industry Sales team
- Develop and oversee partner participation requirements for promotional activities
- Evaluate and manage strategic business opportunities with partners
- Monitor competitive partner marketing programs and channel trends
- Ensure partner marketing communications and content reflect Intel's brand strategies
- Report partner marketing spend, ROI, and key performance metrics to leadership
- Inspire teams through goal setting, accountability, and performance management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role in a global sales or marketing organization
- Proven expertise executing co-marketing programs and campaigns on a global scale
- Proficiency analyzing marketing metrics and generating actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and partner relationships effectively
- Strong knowledge of competitive programs, market trends, and channel dynamics
- Ability to travel at least once per quarter
- Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with partners and cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead diverse teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results
- Expertise presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and track record aligning marketing initiatives with broader business goals
