About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide navigation and leadership to meet Intel's product roadmap
- Formulate yield problems mathematically, identify solutions, and remove technical and non-technical barriers by influencing stakeholders
- Develop and implement product validation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing challenges
- Analyze and interpret test results to drive product improvements and optimize design methodologies
- Contribute to innovative manufacturing-process solutions that enhance efficiency and product quality
- Monitor and assess emerging trends and technologies for integration into product development processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in advanced node semiconductor industry in semiconductor yield or product engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing complex projects and ensuring delivery within deadlines
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends
- Proven ability to lead initiatives that drive impactful business outcomes
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, VLSI design, or physics
- PhD with 7+ years of experience OR Master's with 12+ years of experience
- Must consent to and pass an extended Background Investigation, including extended education, SEC sanctions, and additional criminal and civil checks
