About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical expertise to close design win opportunities and assist customers in integrating Intel products into production
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations
  • Lead on-site product design reviews and collaborate with customer teams
  • Cultivate customer relationships and serve as the primary technical contact for issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze technical data, reproduce errors, and escalate or resolve customer issues
  • Provide feedback to manufacturing and product teams on product requirements, issues, and anticipated changes
  • Influence OEMs, distributors, and partners to drive sales and enable customer success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or applications support, focused on datacenter, CPUs, boards, and/or systems
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, including requirements management, risk mitigation, and project planning
  • Experience managing engineering programs or contributing to product development cycles
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Preferred: Proficiency in engaging and influencing customers across various organizational levels
  • Preferred: Exceptional time management and organizational skills
