About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a communication conduit between customers, sales teams, business units, and Intel factories to optimize supply and revenue while achieving mutual business objectives
Manage the sales process and back-office
Optimize revenue and supply through communication between the Customer, Sales, and the Factory
Partner cross-functionally within and across sales teams to ensure data quality, availability, and governance
Develop, implement, and enhance business processes for customer supply chain management and compliance measurements
Manage order types/invoice points, expedite requests, change requests and RMAs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
3+ years of experience working with SAP, including expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (Order Management)
3+ years of experience managing order processes from creation to invoicing
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent Communication Skills
