About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, demand patterns, and optimization opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery
- Develop forecasting models to improve demand planning and minimize supply chain disruptions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on key metrics and initiatives
- Support implementation of new tools and technologies to streamline business operations
- Optimize and manage Intel's Photonics Solutions supply chain and business operations
- Support Intel's Data Center Group and Integrated Photonics Solutions organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and 9+ years of hands-on experience in planning or logistics OR Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience OR PhD in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience
- Advanced experience in business management software and tools, including planning, forecasting, and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical capabilities and experience interpreting complex data sets
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Indomitability amidst adversity
- Preferred: Experience driving process improvements and implementing supply chain strategies
- Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools
- Preferred: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
