About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own an Intel Xeon product through its full lifecycle: product definition, planning, development, production, launch, and end-of-life
- Coordinate across design, architecture, process technology, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing
- Maintain lifecycle accountability, including upgrades, feature changes, and product sustaining decisions
- Use competitive intelligence, customer insights, and workload analysis to influence product priorities
- Partner with platform and system architects to assess emerging technologies and recommend future investments
- Translate customer and ecosystem feedback into roadmap and feature decisions
- Analyze the competitive landscape and define product positioning
- Develop performance leadership narratives grounded in real workload KPIs
- Support go-to-market planning and engage customers and ecosystem partners
- Own workload and KPI readiness gates across validation, debug, and performance optimization teams
- Represent product readiness, risks, and mitigation plans in executive and cross-organizational reviews
- Support global product launches with marketing, communications, PR, and sales enablement teams
- Align engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and business stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs
- Drive convergence across validation, debug, and performance teams to reflect customer requirements
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority in a highly matrixed organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, technical marketing, or product architecture
- 7+ years of experience owning end-to-end hardware or platform products, including launch and lifecycle
- Strategic thinking and strong business judgment
- Customer-focused and data-driven approach
- Strong executive communication and influence
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments
- Ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong ownership and results orientation
