About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute end-to-end platform software integration strategies aligned across program stakeholders
- Lead software ingredient delivery processes and maintain mainline health
- Establish and manage project development environments, including software build and release setup and cadence
- Define Functional Acceptance Testing and ensure compliance with entry and exit criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete programs and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Drive integration, delivery, and readiness of SCADA software platform solutions
- Own seamless end-to-end project development and efficient software build and release processes
- Maintain software quality and ensure timely delivery to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of hands-on experience in software integration, release management, or platform software development; OR Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in software build systems, release processes, and version control tools such as Git
- Experience defining and implementing HMI software integration strategies and workflows, such as SCADA, Cimplicity, Rockwell, WinCC, or Ignition
- Experience with testing methodologies, including FAT/CAT testing, and project development environment readiness
- Experience with MS OS and industrial control software in physical and virtual environments
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving, continuous learning, and contribution to impactful projects
- Experience in semiconductor or industrial control systems environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
