About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily monitoring of operational orders and deliveries.
- Proactive communication and ongoing follow-up with drivers and carriers to obtain delivery status updates.
- Following up on status updates and required actions to ensure deliveries remain on schedule.
- Identifying, monitoring, and resolving logistics incidents.
- Reporting incidents, delays, deviations, and ongoing corrective actions to the client.
- Monitoring delivery deadlines and identifying operational risks.
- Participating in daily results and operational alignment meetings.
- Preparing and sending daily reports on operational indicators, incidents, and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and maintaining active communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Proactive, agile, and able to prioritize urgent matters.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or delivery monitoring is a plus.
