About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care strongly preferred
- Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) used for call documentation
- Ability to type documentation and notes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle stress and multitask while receiving calls
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Consistent attendance, active communication, and reliable internet connectivity during all scheduled shifts
