About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement security architectures, standards, and controls across applications, infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, and software development environments
  • Manage vulnerabilities, patching, security monitoring, detection, control testing, and continuous security improvements
  • Oversee encryption, PKI, certificates, secrets, HSMs, digital signatures, and post-quantum cryptographic readiness
  • Translate security risks and regulatory requirements into practical controls
  • Support audits and SOC 2 compliance
  • Maintain security policies and standards
  • Coordinate security incident response
  • Conduct technical investigations and root-cause analysis
  • Maintain response procedures and playbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant security engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise security across cloud, networks, infrastructure, identity, applications, Linux/macOS, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Solid knowledge of cryptography, PKI, key and secrets management, HSMs, vulnerability management, compliance, incident response, forensics, and DevSecOps
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Experience with blockchain, DLT, or digital assets
  • Background in regulated financial services or market infrastructure
  • Experience with HSMs, post-quantum cryptography, security audits, cloud-native platforms, and DevSecOps toolchains
