Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ Years of Experience: Solid background in core backend software development using Java (11/17+)
In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot 3, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring Web
Strong relational data modeling and SQL performance tuning skills (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
Proven ability to build RESTful APIs, manage OAuth2/JWT authentication, and design clean interface contracts
Experience with microservices, domain-driven design concepts, and transactional state management
Proficiency with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and containerization tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines)
Familiarity with health-tech software requirements, data privacy standards, or digital medical record workflows
Experience with event streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing
Familiarity with AWS/GCP
Hands-on experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or distributed caching systems
Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, or central logging tools (ELK stack) for microservice monitoring
