Key responsibilities & impact

Communicating with partners via email, phone, and, where applicable, chat
Onboarding new partners and supporting them through their initial steps
Creating and modifying orders
Preparing partner-related analyses and reports
Expanding and developing partner relationships
Maintaining and updating the CRM system
Supporting colleagues in Partner Management and Sales
Handling complaints and resolving questions regarding invoices
Taking ownership of an assigned customer portfolio and independently managing day-to-day tasks after onboarding

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in partner, customer, or account management; experience in Customer Service is also welcome
Confident use of CRM systems and standard office applications
Strong organizational skills and an enjoyment of administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills—both written and by phone
Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Team player with high motivation and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Ideally, experience in complaint management and handling invoice-related questions
