About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide duty of care and support the well-being of in-country customers
  • Organize, deliver, and evaluate program events and in-person meet-ups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Secured Right to Work in New York with the appropriate authorization to be employed within the state
  • Residence in or ability to commute to New York City
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Creativity in designing events, activities, and social media content
  • Excellent social media skills, aesthetic awareness, and knowledge of current trends
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds
  • In-depth knowledge of New York’s attractions, neighbourhoods, and cultural highlights
  • Improvisational and conflict-resolution skills
