Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong background in international development within the APAC region, preferably with consulting firms or managing contractors
  • History of successfully leading or delivering complex programs while managing diverse partnerships and stakeholder relationships
  • Deep familiarity with the mechanisms of major international donors, such as DFAT, FCDO, USG, ADB, World Bank, MFAT, or similar institutions
  • Agility in fast-paced, cross-cultural work environments and capacity to pivot alongside shifting project demands
  • Analytical prowess to distill complicated challenges into actionable insights for a variety of audiences
  • Exceptional writing capabilities, demonstrated through clear, compelling briefings and technical reports
  • Dedication to achieving measurable, lasting development goals
