About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Automate application build, test, deployment, and release processes
Implement branch protection, code quality gates, and deployment approvals
Optimize software delivery pipelines for speed, reliability, and security
Configure and maintain JIRA-GitHub integrations
Implement traceability between user stories, commits, pull requests, and deployments
Automate status transitions and workflow updates based on GitHub activities
Develop dashboards and reporting for Agile delivery metrics
Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and product owners
Drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Document DevOps processes, standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, YAML Pipeline Development, Workflow Automation, and Python scripting
Experience with JIRA Administration
Experience with AWS/Azure
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience with Secrets Management
Experience with Vulnerability Scanning
Knowledge of Secure CI/CD Practices
Experience with Access Management and SSO Integration
Ability to work 2 PM–11 PM IST
