About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop front-end and back-end features
- Design and develop new functionality, including management dashboards, ESG reporting, document management, scoring systems, and automations
- Connect to and integrate external APIs
- Continuously improve UX/UI and contribute to the product roadmap
- Develop data collection, processing, and visualization features
- Implement analytics modules, including KPI calculations, benchmarks, indicators, and dashboards
- Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of the product architecture
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features, including document analysis, data extraction, content generation, and intelligent assistants
- Test, debug, and continuously improve existing features
- Engage with users to understand their needs and translate them into concrete features
- Own projects end to end: understanding requirements, product thinking, development, deployment, and improvement based on user feedback
- Work directly with the founders and users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong proficiency in web development: JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or an equivalent back-end language
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and databases
- Understanding of front-end and back-end development challenges
- Genuine technical curiosity and a desire to learn quickly
- Ability to research, test, and solve problems independently
- Desire to build concrete features rather than remain at the theoretical level
- High level of autonomy and enthusiasm for startup environments
- Interest in AI, data, ESG, sustainability, or technology for good is a strong plus, but not required
