About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Accubid Anywhere database content, accuracy, standards, and ongoing development
- Lead the transition from Accubid Classic to Accubid Anywhere, including database migration, validation, and standardization
- Expand, organize, and maintain pre-built database content and assemblies
- Create and adjust assemblies, reports, and project setup support
- Establish database standards, naming conventions, documentation, and change management practices
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate products into the database
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to estimators, project managers, and stakeholders
- Facilitate training and user adoption of Accubid Anywhere tools, standards, and workflows
- Assist with project estimating and related activities as needed
- Identify systemic risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement improvements to estimating reliability, efficiency, and scalability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct supervisory authority
- Promote consistent processes, data integrity, and continuous improvement
- Help establish standards, improve assemblies and reports, support the Accubid transition, and deliver user training during the first year
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of hands-on Accubid Anywhere experience
- Proficiency in creating and adjusting assemblies
- Proficiency in creating reports
- Proficiency in supporting project setup
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Accubid Anywhere database and estimating issues
- Experience supporting or owning database governance, including standards, naming conventions, documentation, and change management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Experience collaborating with estimators, project managers, manufacturing, operations, and leadership
- Ability to identify, recommend, and implement database and workflow improvements
- Strong communication and training skills
- Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with electrical construction estimating preferred
- Experience with database administration or governance preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale software or system transitions preferred
- Experience developing documentation, training materials, or standard operating procedures preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives preferred
