About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare financial and management reports for local management, regional Finance and Group stakeholders
  • Collect, consolidate and validate financial data from different business areas
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities with the Finance Manager and Shared Service teams
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and working capital reporting processes
  • Perform financial and variance analysis and monitor key business performance indicators
  • Support accounting reconciliations and accounting adjustments
  • Coordinate timely collection of financial information and ensure reporting deadlines are met
  • Act as a key contact between Finance and operational teams for reporting and accounting matters
  • Maintain and improve reporting files, databases and Excel-based reporting tools
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes, information flows and internal controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
  • Approximately 4-6 years of experience in accounting, reporting or finance support roles, preferably within multinational or international environments
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, periodic closing activities and financial reporting processes
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
  • Fluent Italian and a good working knowledge of English
