About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex IAM projects for clients from initiation through closure
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, manage expectations, handle escalations and resolve conflicts
- Lead project teams and coordinate technical consultants, subject matter experts and internal teams
- Own project budgets, forecasting, actuals, variances, change requests, margin protection, invoicing and revenue recognition
- Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, financials and required decisions
- Run post-project reviews
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and client requirements
- Use Kantata as the source of truth for plans, time and financials
- Use AI tools to work more efficiently
- Share lessons learned and improve consistent delivery standards across the Group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream projects in professional services or technology, ideally IAM or a related security domain
- Experience running several projects at the same time without losing control of detail
- Strong client-facing experience, including managing escalations and difficult conversations with senior stakeholders
- Hands-on financial management: budgets, forecasting, change requests and margin
- Solid knowledge of project management methods, and experience working closely with technical teams
- Experience with a PSA tool (Kantata desirable) and an interest in using AI to work better
- UK-based, and able to travel to London from time to time when the business needs it
